How to place an order?

We only accept orders from business customers, not retail orders from final users. Usually you can register on our website to see prices (after authorized) and order from it directly, we have many discounts gift bag for online customers. And you can contact our sales team for price list and output orders from your system too. We can issue invoice according to your purchase orders.

Usually, we can have your orders finished within 15 days. For big orders, not late than 45 days, we will reply you with invoices and lead time once your orders arrive.

How to pay for the goods?

We only accept T/T (Telegraph Transfer) and PayPal.

How to ship the goods?

If you have your own forwarder, we will contact you and your forwarder once the cargo prepared. For orders not more than 2 CBMs, we can use a fast but cheap way to transport, usually 5000RMB (807USD) /CBM (1CBM= 200Kg), door to door service by sea, around 30 days on the way. Of course, you can choose air service, faster but more expensive, around 1290USD / CBM.

What’s the quality warranty?

We offer 1 year’s period of quality since the day our customers receive products. Customers can keep the faulty products for refund or substitutes every year one time or two times.
