Shipping Information and Tracking

EROKAY has local warehouses in the USA, EROKAY will prioritize local warehouse shipments based on your purchase address and warehouse inventory. If there is no inventory in the local warehouse, we will arrange to ship near the warehouse or ship directly from our factory warehouse. EROKAY will continue to improve our logistics timeliness and logistics experience.

EROKAY offers Free Discreet PackagingFree shipping on all orders above $39.99 ( for USA and EU countries ). After successfully placing an order, our representatives will get in touch with you to provide shipping details and order status within 48 working hours.

EROKAY offers the following logistics methods. E.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, and EUB, etc.

 

SECTION 3 - About Customs Tax:

Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and are regulated by the country's law. EROKAY is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.

 

SECTION 4 - Delivery Time:

EROKAY .com currently can ship to international destinations with our powerful distribution network. We are shipping to USA,Europe, North Central, and South America, Australia, and major countries throughout Asia.

You can receive your ordered items in 5-8 days, we have prepared plenty of stocks in the USA local warehouse.

(*Not including The American 5 Outlying Islands, a few of new products may take 7-15 days)


②. Countries that can be delivered within  15-45 days include:

Germany, France.

③.The rest of the countries need to be delivered in 30-60 days.


Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay in the delivery.

Please well-noted that EROKAY will send the shipment information and tracking number by email once the shipment information updated.

①. I Can't Find The Notification Email. What Should I do?

If you can't find the email in your inbox, please try checking your spam folder. And please put our service email into your email list in case your email box is blocked and bounced or rejected to our email notification.

Email notification tracked services successfully deliver in one or two days for all orders. Sometimes you may have to wait an extra day for your package to arrive.

②. How Do I Find My Order Number or Tracking Number?

The order number and tracking number for your order are shown in the email EROKAY sent you when we dispatched your order. Or you can log in to "My Account" to find your order information.
